This two day course is for managers and financial staff working with people who are living in supported housing, in their own home with support, or in a Residential Care Home. Maximising benefits - Reducing rent arrears This two day course will enable staff to carry out the new rent arrears protocol guidance on good practice. The course covers all the aims of the protocol from identifying tenants entitlement to benefits to agreeing an affordable sum to pay towards arrears.
